The Sign In page only works if you’ve created an account with us. If you’re subscribed through an app store, open the Super Simple App on your device that currently has an active subscription. Tap on the Parent Menu (the white gear icon), tap on “Account & Subscription” and tap on Sign Up. Once you’ve created your account, you can use it to sign into the app on different devices.

Make sure you’ve signed in on the Google Play Store app. If that doesn’t work, you may want to try reinstalling the app. Note that this will remove any favorites you may have saved.

Apple App Store subscriptions only work on Apple devices, and Google Play Store subscriptions only work on Android devices. To use both kinds of devices with one subscription, you need to subscribe on supersimple.com.
