Mother’s Day Blossoms

Make a glue mixture by diluting one part glue with one third parts water and mix mix mix!

Mother’s Day Blossoms

Pre-cut some tissue paper strips, squares, circles, hearts, and star shapes. Paint some glue mixture onto your bottle, use the wet brush to pick up a piece of tissue, and stick the shapes down. Add a layer of glue overtop as well. You can use one long strip to wrap a single color around your bottle, and layer shapes on top. Tip: using smaller shapes will help you avoid wrinkles as you work with the curve of the bottle.

Add some extra tissue paper to the bottom of the vase to help hold the straw in place. You can cut out some green leaves and add them to the flower stem if you’re feeling fancy.
