1. Sponsor
The Caitie & Tobee Classroom Visit Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Skyship Entertainment Company (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to teachers, Early Childhood Educators (ECEs), and professional caregivers who have a classroom or child care centre located in the following school districts, including Catholic districts: Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel, York, Hamilton-Wentworth, Niagara, Avon Maitland, Lambton Kent, Thames Valley, Hastings & Prince Edward, Limestone, Upper Canada, Ottawa-Carleton, and Upper Grand.
Participants must be legal residents of Ontario, Canada, and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must:
- Download and share the provided graphics from Super Simple on their school/child care centre’s social media accounts OR email list.
- Use the following caption/message exactly as provided:

4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on Friday, August 22nd, 2025 and ends on Friday, September 12th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) winning classroom will receive a visit from Caitie & Tobee (approx. 20 minutes). The visit will include singing songs, taking photos, and bringing gifts for the classroom.
The visit will occur before the end of 2025 at the winner’s discretion, provided it works with Caitie & Tobee’s schedule.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV). No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted.
6. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on September 13th, 2025.
The selected entrant will be contacted via the same method used for entry (social media direct message or email). If the selected entrant does not respond within 3 business days, an alternate entrant may be selected.
In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
7. Conditions of Participation
The classroom visit will be recorded for promotional purposes by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor will not include students in the recording without prior written consent from their parents/guardians; however, inclusion is appreciated if possible.
The winner must cooperate with scheduling and logistical requirements for the visit.
8. Rights Granted by Participants
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the irrevocable right to use their name, school/centre name, likeness, and any recorded or photographed content from the visit for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in all media without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://skyship.tv/privacy-policy/.
10. Instagram Promotion Guidelines
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, entrants:
- Release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Contest.
- Acknowledge that all information provided is being provided to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
- Agree not to inaccurately tag content or encourage others to inaccurately tag content (for example, tagging themselves in photos in which they do not appear).

11. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any technical issues or failures related to the entry process; (b) lost, late, or misdirected entries; or (c) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
