Things you’ll need
- Free printable
- Scissors
- Scotch tape
- Toothpicks
Steps
After printing out the free printable, cut out all of your cake and cupcake toppers.
Flip them over and use scotch tape to attach toothpicks to the back. The cake banner could use two toothpicks if you like!
Each printable has 10 toppers on it, so print as many as you need!
